Nadia Liu Spellman
CO-FOUNDER
Nadia Liu Spellman is the co-founder of Heirloom. Born and raised in Weston, Nadia was inspired to open Dumpling Daughter in 2014 by her late father who always wanted a restaurant in Weston Center (you can see his photos on the wall!) The idea of a restaurant in Weston is an Heirloom passed down from the previous generation. As a resident and mother in town, Nadia and her family craved a good breakfast restaurant. In 2022, Heirloom was launched, giving the community a place to meet and make memories. At Heirloom, Nadia enjoys all of the from-scratch pastries she loved as a little girl, but never got at home. She loves to indulge in anything Chef Michelle bakes fresh out of the oven with a black drip coffee!

Kyle Spellman
CO-FOUNDER
Kyle Spellman was born and raised less than a mile from Heirloom. As a child, he would ride his bike to Weston Center almost daily to meet up with friends. They would go to either of the locally owned diners for a raspberry lime rickey. Today, you'll see his two sons doing the same, but now at Heirloom! Nadia and Kyle always struggled to find somewhere nearby for a good family-friendly meal and knew everyone in the community probably struggled with the same issue. After many years operating Dumpling Daughter next door, Heirloom was born. Kyle's favorite items at Heirloom are the founder's buffalo chicken wrap and the La Colombe iced cold brew.

Michelle Hardiman
RESIDENT CHEF BAKER
Michelle’s passion for baking began as a young girl, inheriting her grandmother’s talent for crafting delectable breads, cookies, cakes, and other treats from scratch. She is the mastermind behind all the pastries and baked goods that grace the menu at Heirloom. Through trial and error, (and quite a few YouTube videos), she has perfected the recipes for all your favorite treats. Michelle firmly believes that nostalgic, homemade treats infused with love are the ultimate comfort food. When you savor her baking, you’ll be transported back in time, reliving the joy of your childhood favorites!

Jensen Kingsley
LEADER, EVENTS & SOCIAL MEDIA
Growing up in a large family, Jensen was always found in the kitchen helping cook or setting up for family gatherings. Working in restaurants all through high school and cafes in college, coupled with a passion for design, social media became a fun medium to express food and drinks through. This led her to Heirloom, where she helps create new food and drink items, along with running the social media! She loves a grab-and-go breakfast sandwich and a quad-shot iced latte. If you want to collaborate on anything, she is your go-to girl!
